Unless specified clearly and otherwise, no material is private label/white label material. I retain all pertinent intellectual property and copy rights. All handouts or materials provided to you in advance of, or during, any courses or programs are the intellectual property of Jennifer Burke and shall not be copied by you or used except in accordance with the intended purpose and all materials shall be maintained in confidence and not disclosed to third
parties except with Jennifer Burke's advance permission.

If a course offers lifetime access it means for the lifetime of the course. You will receive notification in advance if ever a course is retired.

I reserve the rights to change the terms of any course, program or product and by purchasing you accept these terms. You are responsible for reading any updates sent via email or this website.

I right to cancel or reschedule a program at my discretion, and in such case shall give as much notice as reasonably
practicable. Should Mighty Marketing Mojo cancel a course or program, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be made but Mighty Marketing Mojo shall not be liable for any other costs or losses incurred.

If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provisions of the agreement are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
